Do you need an EMSO Expert?

RVJ Institute’s Cadre of Experts are available to perform research, write white papers, speak at symposiums, contribute to working groups and Integrated Project Teams (IPTs), craft requirements, participate in interviews, or design training curriculums. All Experts’ participation and the knowledge they generate will be neutral and unbiased, preserving the integrity of our 501(c)3 public charity status.

RVJ Institute experts are available for consultation by the hour or project through a 1099 independent contractor arrangement or by a donation to the Institute. Rates will be based on fiscal goals of the Institute in concert with sponsorships, donations and the Institute’s budget. Why a Cadre of Experts?

The population of electromagnetic spectrum experts is diminishing. This is evidenced by the recent increase in the amount of requests from the DoD and other agencies to locate professionals who have experience within the electromagnetic spectrum. The last generation to witness great-power competition within the electromagnetic spectrum are our Cold War era scientists, researchers, and operators from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. Today’s threats have evolved significantly since that time, and our current workforce is in desperate need of the experience, expertise, and insights that only senior-level experts can provide. The RVJ Institute’s Cadre of Experts are vital to the DoD achieving EMS Superiority.

The Institute organizes expertise according to a comprehensive list of skills and experiences. This detailed database allows experts to easily be identified in order for them to be assigned to special projects or opportunities that require their unique background.
