The Institute will be formulating a conceptual framework for EMSO. Research questions will emerge that address key issues and aspects of the EMSO framework. These questions will not be based on “Issues Du Jour,” but rather foundational questions that, once answered, will formulate institutionalized knowledge for EMSO.
