Our Mission
The RVJ Institute is stood up to assist the U.S. and her allies in achieving excellence within the electromagnetic spectrum (EMS). The Institute is unique, in that it is devoted to exclusively to excellence in EMS activities, undiluted by competing agendas or priorities. By closing the knowledge gap that exists in the EMS, we usher in new knowledge and expert research to inform critical decisions for our society, our security, and our prosperity.
Our Value Proposition
The RVJ Institute offers a unique value to by operating as a 501(c)(3) public charity. Under this designation, the Institute serves the EMS enterprise as an independent and unbiased entity, without the burden or need for profit.
