Stoudt Brings Directed Energy to RVJ Institute – Rounds Out EMSO Expertise



The RVJ Institute is honored to welcome another esteemed spectrum expert, Dr. David Stoudt, to the Institute’s Board of Advisors. Dr. Stoudt’s mastery within the field of directed energy, including high-energy lasers (HELs), electromagnetic rail guns, high-power microwave and radio frequency (HPM/HPRF) weapon systems, and high-altitude nuclear electromagnetic pulse (HEMP), and represents an outstanding addition to the board’s membership. The Board of Advisors, comprised of operators, innovators, scientists, researchers, policy makers, and acquisition professionals, provide guidance on capital projects, research topics, and plans to advance excellence within electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO). The advisory board also manages, recruits, and sustains the Institute’s Cadre of Experts.
