As the future of warfare becomes increasingly reliant on information and digital tactics, our adversaries are employing information warfare to achieve overmatch – even before the physical war begins. With great power competition, information superiority is critical to success on the Digital Battlespace. Join us to discuss the challenges of the electromagnetic spectrum, including spectrum competition in a contested and congested environment, and how enablers such as partnerships and technological innovation can overcome these hurdles and increase the speed of understanding, analyzing, and acting on an explosion of data on the Digital Battlespace.
Melinda Tourangeau, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the RVJ Institute poses with Dave L. Adamy, Author of Space Electronic Warfare. Space Electronic Warfare, a new book from David L. Adamy, has been recommended by the executive director of the RVJ Institute, Melinda Tourangeau. As her recommendation states on the back cover of the book.
The RVJ Institute for studies in the electromagnetic spectrum has been stood up. Named in honor of one of the most prolific engineers who is considered by many the father of electronic warfare (EW), Reginald Victor Jones, the institute will drive studies in everything EW and electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO).
